I’ve spent my career helping startups scale. I’ve been a founder and COO, led customer success as VP at a growth stage AI startup, and served as an Operating Partner at one of the most active VCs in the Bay Area. I’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and how teams succeed when the right systems and processes are in place. I love helping early-stage teams build the operational backbone that lets their business and product shine.

I hold an MBA from USC and an MA in Economics and Finance.
